The staff provided excellent service. i had a one bedroom villa private pool. the villa had a beautiful view over the jungle. It felt luxurious. also, the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

The balcony didn't offer much privacy. neighbors could see us from different angles. also, the resort area seemed to be controlled by local taxi services. getting a grab taxi proved difficult. finally, the check-in process was a bit dramatic. I experienced a delay and some initial difficulty.

the free shuttle service made trips to the centre very easy to arrange. the swimming pool remained clean and offered amazing jungle views. the room was massive and the bathroom was equally spacious i was happy.
